Networking and Training

This strand of the programme recognises the value of enabling practitioners to learn from the experiences of their peers. Social entrepreneurs involved in leading or starting reuse, recycling or composting organisations will work through a package of action learning, mentoring and peer support. Practice focused, their training will enable them to avoid common pitfalls, overcome barriers to growth and transform the scale of their operations.

Opportunities that would not be possible for individual organisations will be made collectively accessible by actively working with groups of smaller organisations looking to build partnerships. Alliances will be encouraged and brokerage support will be provided to help organisations identify and pursue suitable partners and opportunities.
