Organisational Development

We help to develop existing third sector organisations through the provision of technical, marketing, strategic or other support to directly increase capacity. Our support will comprise dedicated case management, combined in selected cases with funded independent specialist support or interim management assistance. Examples of possible support include:

•  assistance with the development of business plans;
•  implementing improvements to internal operations, policies and procedures;
•  development and roll-out of sales and marketing strategies; and
•  improving tendering and negotiation skills in order to win contracts.

The emphasis will be on practical help, troubleshooting and long term solutions
